Xinyi Wellness Exercise

The Xinyi Wellness Excercise program is a set of exercises that are derived from the movements of ten animals: Dragon, Tiger, Bear, Horse, Monkey, Rooster, Snake, Swallow, Sparrow hawk, Eagle. By imitating the movements of these animals, the exercises provide a full-body workout from the inside out.
